1. Ownership & Operator

goVIP is a proprietary membership and subscription service owned and operated by GOVIP ONE PRIVATE LIMITED with registered office at Flat 5, Site 4, Vikaspuri, New Delhi-110018. All rights, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with goVIP remain the exclusive property of GOVIP ONE PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. Nature of Service

goVIP is a paid membership offering benefits in partnership with third parties, including:

• Watcho — provision of OTT subscription bundles via activation codes.
• EaseMyDeal — provision of exclusive discounts, cashback, and value-added services including but not limited to recharges, bill payments, bookings, vouchers, credit services, and loans.

goVIP acts only as a facilitator of benefits and does not itself provide OTT streaming, recharge, booking, financial or related services.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are available on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly billing cycles.
• By subscribing, you authorize GOVIP ONE PRIVATE LIMITED to set up a recurring mandate on your payment instrument.
• Membership fees are automatically debited until cancelled by the user.
• All charges are non-refundable except where expressly covered by our Refund Policy.
• Failure to receive notice of renewal does not relieve you of the obligation to pay.

4. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the current billing cycle. GOVIP ONE PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for breach of these Terms.

5. Third-Party Services & Binding Policies

By subscribing to goVIP, you acknowledge that benefits are delivered through third-party platforms and that you are bound by their respective Terms & Privacy Policies:

You agree that GOVIP ONE PRIVATE LIMITED has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of Watcho and EaseMyDeal.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GOVIP ONE PRIVATE LIMITED / goVIP disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from use of Watcho or EaseMyDeal.
• No liability shall attach for service interruptions, billing errors, delays, price changes, or modifications of partner services.
• We disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages.
• Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of goVIP.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GOVIP ONE PRIVATE LIMITED, its affiliates, directors, and employees against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of goVIP, Watcho, or EaseMyDeal.

8. Disclaimers

• goVIP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party services or content.

9. Force Majeure

GOVIP ONE PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, network outages, or governmental actions.

10. Modifications

GOVIP ONE PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting. Continued use of goVIP constitutes acceptance of changes.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in [Insert City, India].
