Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of goVIP, owned and operated by RIGARO EWORKS LLP. By subscribing to goVIP, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms below.
1. No Refunds Once Membership is Activated
All payments made for goVIP memberships are final and non-refundable once the membership is allotted and activated. This applies to monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly subscriptions.
2. Limited Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following limited cases:
- OTTplay Activation Codes: If the OTTplay activation codes provided by goVIP are not working and cannot be resolved through support within a reasonable time.
- EaseMyDeal Benefits: If the exclusive goVIP deals, discounts, or cashback offers that are active and publicly promoted for goVIP members are not being applied to your EaseMyDeal account despite having an active membership.
Users must report such issues within 7 days of activation or discovery. Verification may require submission of screenshots or transaction details. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only after verification by RIGARO EWORKS LLP.
3. No Refunds for Other Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or accidental purchase
- Failure to use membership benefits
- Partially used subscription periods
- Expired or non-redeemed offers
4. Modifications of Benefits
During the course of membership, goVIP may modify, add, or remove exclusive deals, discounts, and cashback offers provided via EaseMyDeal. Such changes are part of the evolving membership program and do not entitle members to refunds, except in cases where active benefits are not being applied as described in Section 2.
5. Cancellation of Auto-Renewal
You may cancel your auto-renewal mandate at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not entitle you to a refund for the current active subscription period.
6. Company Liability
RIGARO EWORKS LLP shall not be liable for service interruptions, downtime, or modifications in partner services. Refund liability is strictly limited to the scenarios described in Section 2 above.
